Welcome to “Our Pocono Place”. We hope you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Below are a few items of interest that we feel you should know before booking. Please pay particular attention to the checkout requirements as this will determine your deposit refund.
Checking In:
Check-in is any time after 4pm. We will provide you with a complete check-in package including the key when you book the townhouse.
We provide heat, fireplace w/ logs, full use of Kitchen (including coffee, hot cocoa, tea, and other miscellaneous items), Jetted Tub, toilet paper, and blankets. We provide a phone with free local calls, incoming calls, toll-free ‘800’ calls, but no long distance service. Please bring your own linens and towels.
Pets are typically not allowed, please contact us if there is a special situation, we may be able to accommodate.
Checking Out:
Check out time is no later than 1pm. When you leave, we ask that you leave the townhouse in the same condition as you found it. That means cleaning up kitchen utensils you may have used (we have a dish washer), wiping down the dining room table, vacuuming, putting away any items used, removing any food or trash you may have brought in (dumpster just down the street), and taking your personal belonging with you.
We provide all the cleaning items you will need, in the event of an accident including mops, vacuum cleaner, dust pan & broom, and many cleaning supplies.
